3 Farms Properties started out in 2016 with the plan to provide high quality rental properties and an unmatched rental experience to those seeking housing in "The Valley". 

The name 3 Farms Properties was chosen to commemorate the Valley's beginnings as farmland.  Three farms were purchased by Howard Elmer and two others in order to build the communities of South Waverly, Sayre, and Athens, PA.

Today, 3 Farms Properties is living out that vision as we grow, providing more people with quality housing.
